Use OpenCircle Mobile
Connect your phone to your organization's OpenCircle Server.
Mobile is one doorway into a Server that already exists — it isn't a hosted account and doesn't contain a Server of its own. Availability depends on your platform and your organization's release channel.
What you need
- A reachable Server, operated by you or an organization you trust.
- The Server's address or its QR code.
- An account on that Server and its normal sign-in method.
- An HTTPS address for anything hosted remotely.
Connect and sign in
- Open the app and choose Add Server.
- Enter the address or scan the QR code.
- Confirm the Server identity shown on screen.
- Continue to the Server's sign-in page.
After sign-in, Mobile reaches chats, Rooms, threads, files, and memory within whatever the account and Server allow — some Desktop, web, admin, paired-computer, and protected-content features aren't part of this release yet.
Recover from a connection problem
If a saved Server stops responding, return to the saved-Server list, confirm the address with its operator, and retry, switch Servers, or remove that saved registration. Removing it from the phone never deletes the account or data on the Server itself — see deleting a Mobile account for that.
Privacy and support boundaries
For account, Room, file, or retention questions, contact the operator of the Server involved. Never send a password, recovery code, session token, or private Server URL in a public support request.
